These sliders let you decide how much to increase or decrease the scenario variables by a percentage amount above or below the current value:
Slider | Explanations |
---|---|
Change in gross fees - The percentage change to apply to your school’s current gross fees. When you move the slider to the right (positive change), it increases your school’s surplus. Change in concessions - The percentage change to apply to your school’s current concessions. When you move the slider to the right, it reduces your school’s surplus. |
|
Change in teaching staff salaries - The percentage change to apply to your school’s current teaching staff salary costs. When you move the slider to the right, it reduces your school’s surplus. Change in teaching support staff salaries - The percentage change to apply to your school’s current teaching support staff salary costs. When you move the slider to the right, it reduces your school’s surplus. Change in non-teaching staff salaries - The percentage change to apply to your school’s current non-teaching staff salary costs. When you move the slider to the right, it reduces your school’s surplus. Note: Staff pension costs have been separated from the other staff costs so you can change them individually. But, if staff salaries go up, pension costs go up too as it is assumed an increase in staff salaries will also increase the pension contributions required. |
