This plot shows the distributions of total capital expenditure with the option to look at:

Dropdown control

1. Total amount, which is the capital expenditure per pupil, is calculated as the capital expenditure from survey question 44. Capital Expenditure, divided by the number of pupils. The total number of pupils is calculated from survey question 13. Number of pupils by boarding type as at 31 August.

2. Percentage (%) of net fees, calculated as total capital expenditure divided by Net fee income.
