This plot shows the distributions of total short term borrowing costs with the option to look at:

Costs, which is the total short term borrowing costs, calculated from survey question 45. Cost of Short Term Borrowing in the last accounting year to 31 August.

Costs per pupil, calculated as the total short term borrowing costs divided by the number of pupils. The total number of pupils is calculated from survey question 13. Number of pupils by boarding type as at 31 August.

Percentage (%) interest to capital repayments, calculated as total short term interest costs divided by total short term capital repayments, from survey question 45. Cost of Short Term Borrowing in the last accounting year to 31 August.

Percentage (%) of total expenditure, calculated as total short term borrowing costs divided by the total expenditure.

Percentage (%) of net fees, calculated as total short term borrowing costs divided by Net fee income.
