This plot shows the distributions of other running costs with the option to look at:

Dropdown control

1. Total amount, which is the other running costs, calculated from survey question 42. Running costs: Governance and Legal.

2. Total amount per pupil, calculated as other running costs divided by the total number of pupils. The total number of pupils is calculated from survey question 13. Number of pupils by boarding type as at 31 August.

3. Percentage (%) of net fees, calculated as other running costs divided by Net fee income.

4. Percentage (%) of total expenditure, calculated as other running costs divided by the total expenditure.
